My biggest disappointment is that my appointments don't automatically appear on the home screen like my previous phone. My next phone will have this feature. My phone log on my previous phone kept a longer history. Other than these items the phone works well.

I was skeptical about a free blackberry from LetsTalk but this is just like any other BB Bold out there. Delivery was super fast, I got it within two days of placing my order (I had to call in to verify my details first). Setting it up was a breeze considering it was my first ever BB. It has a very fast processor too. The only thing I have against it is on the battery side, I have to charge it everyday. The browser too freezes up sometimes because of Java but I can live with that. Overall, it's a great phone, for free. I would recommend it to anybody.

I like it lot because I know when I get an email. I can get to sports and weather etc. easily. The battery life is very good.
