The phone hooks up to gmail easily. It possible to set up an Exchange System but you must install a separate application to make this happen.

Awesome phone. I use it for everything with Google. I probably use it too much. With everything turned on and in use, the battery life is about 6 hours. Turning some options off, the life is about 12 hours. I use it more like a computer than a phone.
